Some call us the living room of Kedungu. We call it home. We surf, we laugh, we work, we eat, indulge, and pet our pets here. We take naps. And no-laptop weekends. Our children grow up between the books and toys. And carry egg tart crumbs on their cheeks. There are clothes and bags and bits and bobs - If you feel like taking a bit of us wherever you go next. If next is unknown, then simply stay. We’ve got studios and lofts and lots of love. With the beach a skip away.

Here being human comes easy, so come and be just that.

Our story started in the pandemic. From our parking lot we gave food to those in need. But creating jobs seemed a far better idea. So we did. The parking lot grew a roof. And benches. A coffee machine and cups. Shelves with books with dog ears. Plants. Surf racks. And the best team on the island. What followed were the people. People like you. Who create and love and connect.

At Little Ripper, You're never too young or never too old, too soon or too late to learn surfing or how to bake or how to dance in a ballroom, or pottery making, sky diving, cycling, sewing, rollerskating & skateboarding, horseridin, cliffjumpin, daydreamin or driving with a stick.

CAFE

The Little Ripper Café is our beating heart. You’ll find the odd writer, plenty of surfers, travellers, couples, horse riders, designers, families and the occasional dog putting on puppy eyes for scraps. Come here to feast and replenish. We put food and drinks on the table that we love. Made with locally sourced ingredients and recipes passed down from parents, friends and chefs alike. Not to mention, we pour great coffees from blends or single-origin beans. Mingle, meet, and slow down here in Kedungu’s living room.

Wherever you go next, take a piece of Little Ripper with you. We have shirts, bags, ceramics, surfwear, sunglasses, even dog beds. And lots more. It’s all made in collaboration with local fabric makers who use natural dyes and materials. It’s for your everyday life. For the fun of wearing.

Our 3 self-contained homey lofts are made to relax. To sink into the joy of being in Kedungu - a little gem away from the big crowds. *whispers* Let’s keep it our secret.

Take a break. Bring your board. Your family is welcome too. Walk, cycle, slow down. You’re riding a different pace of Bali. One with rice fields and kingfishers and squirrels around. And the ocean waves lapping on the shore.
